This picture is of the kitchen floor to the left while the old vinyl and subflooring were being removed.  Floor was then prepared and cement board was installed.  Tile was installed and grouted.

We were able to assist the home owner by offering several different patterns in whiich to run the floor at no additional cost in labor.  The home owner decided on using the Hopscotch Pattern over a plain straight run floor. 

Note: Adding a pattern to your tile can greatly increase the beauty of the floor and the room.  We offer several patterns and borders that can be done at no additional cost, the only time we charge extra is if there are extra cuts and/or  labor (ex: floors run on diagonal)
